原本昨天就該煮飯了,
不過想說三個禮拜都沒有Cheat Meal了,
所以昨天晚餐吃外送中國菜,今天中午吃麥當勞,
整個大滿足,心情整個超爽阿。
今天用慢煮鍋(slow cooker)來煮雞肉,
隨便在網路上找的菜單,
材料只需要雞肉,蜂蜜,醬油跟番茄醬,
味道有點奇怪哈哈,不過整體來說還可以拉,
另外也炒了一些快過期的菜,然後煎一些豆腐。

這禮拜假日熱量會爆表,
禮拜六是萬聖節,這禮拜五跟六一定是開趴喝酒,
感覺Cheat Meal可能延伸成Cheat Week了,
喝酒不舉重,舉重不喝酒阿。

那是因為我終於從iPhone 4 升級上 6s了,
兩個手機效能差好多啊,還沒跳坑的快跳哈哈,
先這樣拉,我肚子好餓。
是說最近因為健美多了一個Classic Physique組,
Reddit的健美板有稍微在討論,讓我看到了這個影片,

這大概是我想追求的型態了,我的目標大概是178cm/80kg,
他的腿真的不錯,超想做53秒那個姿勢。
