重訓跟健身房教練約一年多
頻率約一週兩到三天
通常兩天居多 平日要上班
本來完全沒教練自己動的時候
163/56~57 體脂29 逼近30 inbody測量
自己都被嚇死
練到差不多8個月就剩下體脂23
但不覺得體態有變好 腰圍小很多倒是
核心力量也變強
真正有感是因為突然的打擊
吃不下飯 掉到51~52kg 體脂19.9
真的覺得變瘦了 略微感到有線條
現在約維持52~53公斤
21體脂

手很弱
運動好處是我還是吃很多
不去忌口 會吃到2000
還是很建議身邊女孩健身
但反應不大 哈哈
