節食現象??? - 減肥

目前除了乖乖運動之外
因為周期不順 所以有看中醫
中醫說要調身體+減肥 (因為太胖也會有賀爾蒙問題導致不順)
所以要我天天寫飲食日誌
也跟我講了一些不該吃的東西 例如甜食、火鍋丸、麵包之類的
還有少吃的東西 例如澱粉類(他原本說晚上就不吃 我嚴重抗議下變少吃)
然後他說紅肉的脂肪都混在肉裡所以不要吃 盡量吃白肉
但是問題來了 在有寫日誌的情況下 我對甜食、麵包、紅肉多所克制
然後就出現有名的節食症狀
吃太少(營養不足)的自覺症狀就是
憂鬱、情緒低落、凡事提不起勁、懶散無力←明顯
掉髮←這個沒有
皮膚變差←這個不清楚
氣色黯淡←應該有吧?!
怎麼睡怎麼累、落落寡歡、鬱鬱寡合、容易爆氣←好符合喔!
影響生理期(亂經)←這是原本的問題
動不動就巴豆腰←會在奇怪的時間巴豆腰
這....難道甜食、麵包、紅肉是我的本命嘛?
我之前戒 飲料/飯吃少 這些都沒問題啊~~~~ Orz
怎麼沒吃甜食麵包紅肉好像就....崩潰了?
然後反而就會想要狂吃飯.....Orz
請問有人有具體的建議或辦法嘛?
