每天坐在辦公室面對電腦,這樣的坐姿久了,最近開始
有肩頸酸痛的問題。本身不是個有運動習慣的人,找個操場
去慢跑,太久沒運動,不曉得自己的肌力是否能適應?
網上搜類似如下影片中的居家運動,適合從這樣的運動
