如題
先打預防針是認真發問
小弟我想要加強核心,而我心目中的核心外觀是下圖

也不是說拿極端的例子來舉例,只是想強調厚實腰部的樣子
而不是想練傳統健美的倒三角腹部
個人健齡也三年以上了
三項什麼的也有接觸,沒測過pb,但最重的時候可以做140、100、160
可是視覺上還是傳統健美的腰圍,是說體脂太低?還是有什麼方法可以練呢?
