Hello, 各位版友好
上星期買了兩本書,「紙片少女」與「雜食者的兩難」
斷斷續續看完紙片少女,是一本用小說來討論飲食失調症的書
沒有太多科學性的名詞,很容易閱讀
而且因為是小說型式,閱讀者滿容易融入劇情的
我覺得如果對於飲食到了需要斤斤計較的地步,可以看看這本書
如果你看到食物就能自動換算熱量,那代表你對食物非常了解
但是如果對於熱量會畏縮,那就要再檢討一下自己的心理
書裡面稍微提到一些飲食失調會出現的生理症狀,很貼實
可以說這本書圍繞著這些生理症狀來寫
不過對於精神方面的治療沒有太多的描述
總體而言,非常推薦各位版友如果能有機會,一定要讀讀這本書
這本書融入了一些朋友、家人間對於飲食間各種角度的觀點
譬如,一個鬆餅加上草莓果醬
一個醫生媽媽可能會要你吃下去,理由是補充熱量、營養
一個教授老爸可能只單純覺得這樣很好吃,所以就吃吧!
對一個比賽減重的朋友,可能會出現愚蠢、癡肥等負面字眼.
而你即使只想好好吃一頓餐點,可能會沒有自己的想法或太顧慮別人的看法
這時候就會發生天人交戰= =
精神異常的方面也有來自於家庭方面,包含父母親離婚、沒有安全感等
書中的劇情有包含到自我傷害與憂鬱的情節,會讓人有點不舒服
不過如果是能從中自省自己對於飲食的態度,會很有幫助,這是推薦本書的最大原因
書裡面沒有提到運動部分,但是主角似乎懂得用運動來轉移對食物的饑渴感
當然是在沒進食的情況下躲在淋浴間運動
所以這本書變成純粹討論心理方面,尤其對於厭食與憂鬱這方面有很深刻的描寫
這能夠讓閱讀者又多一層對身心症患者的認識,而且很貼實
有稍微談到一些自然治療的方式,避免吃藥而來利用交談方式來治療
這本書無疑是討論厭食症患者的書,只是很巧妙用小說方式來偽裝
而厭食症患者在身心俱疲的情況下,會誘發一些憂鬱與幻聽妄想的症狀
避免提到書中劇情,這很值得閱讀者去細細體會
尤其你對食物產生畏懼感的時候
另外,雜食者的兩難,這本書也很有趣.....目前看到第二章
如果搭配「糧食戰爭」這本書,會對我們吃到的食物有更深一層的體會
fitness不只是運動對吧,健康的心理也是關鍵
我不知道在哪邊有看到一篇如果爸媽逼你吃東西的時候
該怎麼應對的文章,記得很好笑,忽然想到這個
或者同事在餐桌上一邊訐譙老闆的時候,大喊一聲「拎啦」
是不是該把台X啤酒灌下去~
