終於來到要求救的一天 - 健身

早餐:都普通早餐店 主食大都這幾項:饅頭夾蛋、鮪魚蛋吐司、豬排蛋吐司、蔥抓餅
加蛋 涼麵加蛋 乳酪貝果
飲料就紅茶、豆漿、豆米漿
午餐:學校營養午餐,會先喝一碗湯,飯大概就普通份量一碗,菜2-3樣,主食一份,
然後會再喝一碗湯,有甜湯的話會再喝一小碗,我吃的量的確不少
晚餐:大多自己煮,一碗飯,2樣青菜+魚或肉,偶爾有湯;吃外面的話就普通的一個便
當。
其他:有時候會爆衝吃很多,尤其是六日,晚餐是我覺得吃太多的時候,我大概下午四
五點就會肚子餓,可是怕吃東西運動會不舒服偶爾就塞一兩塊餅干,但晚餐的小
惡魔就會跑出來Orz我常常吃掉比午餐還多的白飯!!!
日常作息時間:早上約莫六點半起床,工作時間07:00-17:30,晚上約11:00會睡覺。
生活型態:教育工作者,坐著和站著(包括走路之類的)時間大概一半一半
運動習慣:
1.一週2-4次的鄭多燕或比利大叔
2.與上面不衝突,一週3-5次的慢跑45分鐘,心跳率應該有140/分鐘以上。
3.不定期打打籃球,舉舉啞鈴,做做核心,看天氣場地身體狀況決定。
我的問題:
我想我的問題就是吃太多和太晚吃了,雖然年紀都快30了,可是我總覺得自己像發育期
的小鬼,明明吃很多還是常常肚子餓,有試過少量多餐,但最後都會變多量多餐Orz
六日作息就比較不正常,如果沒事(像現在),很容易晚睡,隔天常常只吃一餐,但吃很
多;我吃東西很快,所以常打嗝或放屁(好害羞),這個有試著在改了;點心什麼的不常
吃,大多正餐居多,我很愛白飯,醫生有建議我吃地瓜,所以目前是隔一天晚餐的澱粉
以地瓜代替,不過只開始一個禮拜而已。
在版上也潛水一段時間,真的有很多幫忙,但大家意見不同有時也不知道那個適合自己
,像飲食要控制大家都知道,但也是有版友說我都很正常吃不忌口啊,就運動量給它操
下去就好,我也都覺得我每次在跑步機上跑到要摔下來了很認真,我也想盡情吃(當然不
是很誇張),可是偏偏我就沒效果(冏)
請版娘大批特批吧~我還要當我妹的伴娘啊啊啊啊(掩面)
