終於練史密斯有感覺練到胸肌了 - 健身

最近因為手腕扭到的關係,就ㄧ個月沒有練史密斯
就改練其他的重訓、腹肌、二頭肌、還有三頭肌
但是手好的時候,之前練史密斯都只有手臂在酸痛而已
老是覺得沒有練到胸肌,只是在練手臂而已...
有點對史密斯感到失望...
大概手好的差不多之後,就從較輕的重量去推握
怕又傷到手腕就輕輕的推,先空桿再來加10公斤
推完就不推了...因為手腕會痛 嘆氣...
再過ㄧ個禮拜確定自己的手腕已經好的差不多了
但是也是慢慢來
空桿(空桿就已經30公斤) 暖身ㄧ下 10公斤 20公斤 慢慢的加上去
但是也隱隱約約還是感覺手腕在痛
我漸漸發現我在推的過程當中
因為怕手腕痛所以手腕我都沒有出很大力
只是握著桿子而已,都用手臂與胸肌的力量去推上去
做少少的重量 做多多的次數
做完發現自己胸肌真的好酸痛喔...
終於讓我找到史密斯的奧義了
教練說過
有時候剛練史密斯的時候 會找不到肌肉出力點
你要用想像的方式去找到出力點 找到了就是你的了
有些人跟他講哪裡是出力點 還是練不到胸肌
練了好幾個月還是停留在練手臂的感覺
健身完之後 練史密斯的痠痛一直停留在我的胸口
好痛喔~~~但是也很爽!!!
對不起!各位大大 沒想到 我的史密斯這麼重
我的空桿那麼重 其實我自己也不知道多重
之後我會去問教練這空桿是多重
(之前去推的時候 教練就跟我說就是30公斤啊!抓抓頭...)
難道是重訓的關係造成自己的腦袋充血與聽力重聽
所以各位大大造成大家的誤會
我一定會再去問問看他們史密斯空桿多重的
可惡啊!!教練都亂說....
