組數跟重量分配 - 健身

一開始進健身房 拉完筋熱身完
我會先跑20分鐘的跑步機 當做是一點點的有氧運動
然後我會做四組
以蝴蝶機來說 60磅x20下 80磅x20 100磅x20 120磅x20
我在考慮要不要把重量改成 80=>100=>120=>100
感覺這樣肌肉比較不會酸 不知道各位大大覺得怎樣
還有我的腹肌變成凸的 穿衣服看起來感覺很像大肚子
要如何改善?
每天坐在研究室 腰的兩側肉很容易堆出來
那邊要怎麼練掉?
最後leg raise是在練什麼部位呀?
