組距間的休息時間可以交叉訓練嗎? - 健身

各位巨巨安安大家好
小弟我最近在健身房觀察教練自己的練習
我發現他會同時做兩組練習,然後CD的時候會跑去做另一組
好比說
二頭一組-大腿一組-二頭一組-大腿一組
我看這樣的好處應該是省時吧?
如果要的話把三種或四種練習串在一起也可以
但是這樣做的的好像不多,大部分人還是選擇專心做一種,然後站在原地CD
可以請問其中好或不好的原因嗎?
