體重輕,體脂高,該bulk還是cut - 健身

我的身高/體重是 168/55.6
體脂肪19.5%
原因是之前只做有氧,不正當飲食。肌肉偏少。我現在有加入重訓,但才起步。每週練四
組胸,四組背。還有頸後深蹲練兩天,由教練帶。
依身高體重算TDEE約1700,但我體脂比較高,應該低於1700吧。
請問各位我該bulk,每天吃2000卡,
還是稍稍cut,每天吃約1700就好呢?
