請教各位巨巨,組間休息的時間是否可以做非當前肌群的訓練?
例:槓鈴划船組間休息時去訓練核心?
飛鳥組間休息去練腿?
一周練4天,一四 背腿核心二頭,二五 胸肩核心三頭
一個部位做12組,想把時間壓在90分鐘做完,
但做完都很累,請問這樣好嗎?
另外請教各位巨巨是如何跨出做非機械式的動作第一步呢?
小弟剛踏入健身一個月。還請各位巨巨賜教,謝謝。
