我身邊有些過輕的朋友,
其中最輕有到 BMI 13.11 囧
女生 152cm 30.2kg 體脂14.3
像是這類過輕的族群要怎麼幫他們,
讓他們的體位到健康的標準??
如果只靠飲食補足,肌肉成長應該會很少吧?
而且有可能變成單純體脂過高,這樣也不健康
要增重,需要多少有氧量?
重量訓練和有氧怎麼分配量
一天的攝取要攝取幾倍的基代?
不知道板上有沒有大大有增重的相關經驗分享呢:)
