每次經期前食慾都會超級爆炸
這幾天醒來早餐都可以吃到四五份
原本想說那就只吃這一餐
到最後晚上還是爆炸
每天都吃超過三千卡的垃圾食物
今天又暴食到很憂鬱
想出去跑步降低罪惡感但身體真的好累
我已經很紮實的一週動六天了
昨天還是練腿加上7k有氧
真的好累啊~~
很討厭每個月都要浪費一週調整
近期好不容易因為有在睡覺
認真減脂有感
又要重新來過的感覺好差
T__T即便知道只是暫時性的還是很難過
平常飲食都克制的很好也不覺得痛苦
因為知道運動飲食是一輩子的事
覺得該放鬆就會認真吃美食
但這幾天單純就是無意識地亂吃
吃完只有滿滿的罪惡感也不快樂
想請問大家有沒有什麼能降低罪惡感的方法QQ
生日快到了身體只有滿滿的鈉含量超級浮腫覺得好難過啊~~
