經痛不見了 - 健身

養成運動的習慣已經快兩年了
雖然平均一週只有2-3次吧
每次也只有40分鐘左右
但是對我這個多年來除了體育課沒在運動的女生而言
已經是很大的改變囉
雖然說去年念研所時壓力大胖了好幾公斤
身邊的人也會開玩笑說我運動到哪去了= =
但是就如同板標說的"健康是唯一的標準"
我最大的收穫應該是這兩年都沒有在經痛過了!!!!
以前幾乎每個月都會痛到只能趴在桌上沒辦法做事
現在的我字典裡沒有經痛!!!(灑花)
PS 最近積極向身邊朋友推廣體適能XD
