幫同學問的(160cm/61kg)
因為他年底想參加富邦9K路跑 雖限時90分鐘
但他目前只訓練到快走4公里(花40分鐘)
我叫他試著跑 因為快走有時比慢跑還累
他說他現在跑 膝蓋都會痛痛的 甚至有些瑜珈的動作用到膝蓋也會痛
其實聽起來他的運動時間並不長 且體重應該還不到會對膝蓋有壓力的地步
運動方式也滿緩和的..
猜想可能因為生過小孩的關係 所以膝蓋變差了..
為了參加年底的比賽 現在就要多練習
我有爬文說股四頭肌練的強 可以減少膝蓋負擔
但像我同學這樣的情況 疑似生產過後造成的膝蓋不適
可以用半蹲的方式訓練股四頭肌嗎?
會不會對膝蓋負擔更大 有人可建議保養方式嗎? 謝謝
PS.不曉得發在這個版行不行 不行的話我再自D ..
