三餐內容
早餐:不一定,媽媽牌或是美而美或是傳統早餐店
媽媽牌:無糖自搾豆漿+麥片+煎三色蔬菜蛋+土司兩片
美而美:正常豬肉三明治(三角狀)*2+豆漿
傳統店:飯糰夾蛋+豆漿or水煎包+蛋餅+豆漿
午餐:便當。吃便當尚宋啦!
晚餐:便當。吃便當尚宋啦!
其他:有時後會買飲料店的飲料。
日常作息時間:晚睡晚起,正在努力調整。
生活型態:論文菸酒生
運動習慣:每週共五到六天慢速跑步,大概跑3000m~5000m不等。速度約400m/3min
我的問題:沒有太大的問題,我希望能快樂減肥!所以採取先養成運動習慣,再逐步
調整飲食的作法。還有15個月,我要減到85~90之間。
24個月減40公斤,一定可以達成!!
