爬了置底和版上很多文
但想跟大家討論一下
以我自己基代1300卡為例
之前看到板上說
沒運動熱量可以吃到基代+33%,
有運動熱量可以吃到基代+44%
以上的是指【維持體重】的熱量沒錯吧?!
所以不知道我的理解以下是否正確:
1.有在運動,想維持體重可以吃到(基代+44%)1872卡?
2.有在運動,想減肥需要吃到1300以上但絕不能超過1872卡?
3.沒在運動,想維持體重可以吃到(基代+33%)1729卡?
不過運動應該也要看量而定不是嗎?
我現在是做比利大叔的拳擊有氧,每天40分鐘
熱量都控制在1300~1500之間,
可是已經進入減重第26天
體重中間有減輕一些些些(不到1kg),可是26天後又回到一樣的體重...
腿.腰.臀.手臂的尺寸也完全一樣=_=
完全沒有變化讓我不懂是否我在以上的理解有誤...
還是我哪裡錯了
知道減肥很慢
但一丁點動靜都沒有讓人有點喪氣啊orz
怕廢話太多有需要什麼資料提供我再補上
