最近突發奇想想練下腹部 看到這網頁

可是有個疑問是
照著他的動作做
我的後背部部分會覺得很吃力
會不會對腰或背照成傷害?

簡單的踢腿動作 就可以練成這樣的肌肉嗎?
還有個問題想問 如果有點肚子
又練腹肌 會變成什麼樣子@@
爬文有看到說 肚子看起來會變更大??
所以有肚子不要練腹肌比較好嗎
