各位巨巨好,由於之前都是不認真徒手訓練,加上自己也沒認真的吃,直到今年一月一日
認真加入健身房
那時
臥推50kg
硬舉70
深蹲80
什麼都不太會,也謝謝版上巨巨給予建議及心得,讓我可以好好學習

經過六個月後
認真的練胸背腿
也不知道自己的體脂肪率多高,只是希望可以增重到75公斤,每天認真灌4000cc的水,蛋
白質控制1.5體重的量
現在已經 68.5kg
臥推90kg
硬舉120kg
深蹲120kg
由於沒護具及捕手,不敢測盡力值
