因為之前發文,分類有誤.
所以重發向大家請益.
我在騎完飛輪課時,
發現小腿會抽筋,
因為開車遇到抽筋很危險,
所以導致後來不太敢上課.
老師是說我應該用大腿來帶動,
我自己是一直都抓不到訣竅,
變成踩到後來還是用小腿出力.
想請前輩們提供一些訣竅,
就是那種不用刻意腦袋裡一直要告訴自己要用大腿,
而是動作自然的就是要靠大腿來出力的那種,
好讓自己可以養成習慣.
