練了半年完全沒變化 - 健身

先給大家看一下我的身體組成,是那種手握腳踩式比較高級的機器量的
女性
身高:161cm
體重:44.6kg
體脂肪:22.5%
(我忘記肌肉量多少了....orz不過記得這半年來毫無改變)
再說一下我的運動習慣:
週一到週五
挑三天,交叉滑步機20分鐘+重訓20分鐘+伸展20分鐘
重訓包含夾腿、腰腹、手臂、胸背的機台,我一天會挑個三四項作,
一樣作三次,一次12~15下
週末以戶外活動居多(ex登山健行)
然後說一下飲食:最近一週典型飲食
早餐 兩片全麥吐司+二合一咖啡
十點 3樣切1/4的水果(芭樂 火龍果 蘋果 或1/2個奇異果)
午餐 自助餐-三樣青菜,一樣非炸的肉或魚類,糙米飯半碗,稱重大概60元左右
三點 麥片一杯
晚餐 自煮湯麵-全蛋一顆,中華嫩豆腐1/2盒,青菜,鮪魚罐頭少許調味,麵條..隨喜
平常工作是靜態,生活作息超級正常,每天喝水應該有1500cc+
講到這邊我終於可以發問了XD
我重訓滿半年了(以前有氧瑜珈居多),但是身體組成「一點」改變也沒有,
不管是體脂肪、肌肉量還是體重都一模一樣(只有小數點第一位有正負0.1的波動....)
原本是期待可以變結實、變厚、或是變豐滿都可以,因為本人看起來弱不禁風的樣子
(不少人會問我體重有沒有到40 orz)
最近很羨慕Alison Stokke那種健康美 (那怕是趨近一點點也好阿!)
結果今天量了看到結果不免有點小喪氣,於是上來請教板上先進,
如何能讓自己體態變健美,哪裡是我還可以改變的地方
感謝了!
ps.還有一個小小疑惑,我這樣的體脂率好像不低,
明明吃得健康,又有運動,肌肉難長也就罷了,怎麼連體脂肪也都固若金湯XD
