練到現在1月底
剛好5個月
基本數據(9月、10月、11月、12月、1月):
身高175
體重維持67~68
骨骼肌重:35->35.5->36.3->35.3->35.6
體脂率:
10.3%->9.8%->8.4%->9.4%->10.2%
三項(5 rm):
臥推: 85kg
硬舉: 140kg
深蹲: 100kg
負重引體:35kg
阿肥我練了5個月
幾乎都很認真
課表就是照MBCS功能性訓練聖經在做
大概11月開始,想說會不會是碳水吃太少
一餐就改吃兩個便當
結果也沒增肌
有補充乳清跟肌酸
但感覺成效不彰QQ
