一開始是想減肥,所以開始練重訓,結果練到後來懶的有氧了
我是覺得沒有越練越巨,不過心理狀態真的會有那種想要越練越巨的感覺
像這禮拜生理期來只能躺在床上呻吟,腦袋裡面也只有想到天哪三天沒有練了
我是很想要跟巨巨交往不過男友覺得上健身房的是____ 說超多次也不願意
而且他很喜歡節食減肥,他也真的有辦法這樣一整天不吃
唉我承認我有對健身房的巨巨精神出軌過,雖然我跟那位巨巨一句話都沒說過
只好用眼睛出軌
約會的時候我是無所謂吃啥反正平常都已經有在健身周末放縱一下
但是有一次跟著健身房團的一起出去吃火鍋壽喜燒,我的天哪居然要求把高湯換清水
醬油也是換清水,我囧RZ,火鍋換清水就算了,壽喜燒醬油換清水到底想幹嘛
而且有幾個人帶女友來(通常都是沒有練的一般體型)
真的會有被限制這個那個不能吃,有一對就直接吵起來....
不過練到現在有一次被人問:你是練舉重的嗎?

至於女生腹肌按讚數這個有FU,上次我大學同學瘦到36公斤有腹肌,一堆人按讚還稱讚
