想請教各位巨巨,
有訓練的當天,練完會疲勞想睡覺,
想要用綠茶來提神,以免影響工作,
不過又怕長期使用綠茶提神會上癮,
不知有何解決方式?
查了一些資料,長期少量喝茶似乎也有不少的好處。
想詢問一下各位巨巨的意見。
