練完硬舉後, 很多動作受限 - 健身

每次練完硬舉後, 想說配個二頭, 可是每次在二頭彎舉的時候身體總是斗個不停....
似乎是因為腰完全沒力來支撐了, 除非完全不用腰支撐得動作....
害我後來硬舉完只能練腹部, 就想不到其它動作可以練了
甚至去練完, 用肥皂彎腰洗個手, 也是一直抖抖抖
也有人有同樣情況嗎??
除了腹部, 不知到大家練完硬舉還可以練哪些部位....
