硬舉是一個運用全身力量的動作
若以我自己當例子
練完硬舉的當下是腿後沒力,但有時隔天會覺得下背酸痛(但不是受傷的那種),有時則會
是上背。
所以想問大家練完硬舉的當下及隔天會是哪個部位最痠痛?
