有爬文發現深蹲和弓步可以練習提臀~~
但是做了一下發現好像很容易膝蓋有咔咔聲耶~~
可能是以前跑步有受過傷的關係,
請問一下做這兩樣姿勢時有哪些部份要注意 以免造成傷害呢?
還有以前那種扶著牆壁,單腳往後踢個100下的方式,
那種提臀的功效如何呢?
為什麼都沒看到什麼人在討論這方式呢?
