其實是幫一個女生朋友問的
我們一群人最近開始約慢跑運動
我個人比較瘦 所以跑完(8點左右)通常都會吃正餐
但是都會有女生說怕這樣吃 運動不就沒用了
有問過身邊的人 表示可以喝豆漿 或吃水果
請問還有其他吃法嗎?
熱量不高 又適合運動完吃的食物?
