練深蹲後 膝蓋會痛 - 健身

最近有要練體能(針對腿力)+減重+增加羽球跑動力
有看了些文章決定練習深蹲

請問做深蹲練習""後"",靠近大腿的兩個膝蓋(也就是膝蓋上緣)
會有點不舒服,離開椅子起身動作兩處會有點不舒服(接近痛的感覺)。
我想問說,
若姿勢正確情況下,一樣會發生疼痛的問題嗎??
(本身下盤肌力就不足)
補充說明:
1.我是利用羽球退場休息時,每隔一天就做6個深蹲,每個大約20秒
2.因為做完後,還會上去繼續打球,就有點好奇是深蹲所致?還是羽球姿勢所致?
