練肩離心時應該鬆開肩胛嗎 - 健身

大家都知道練背的時候
有些人會後收肩胛
專心訓練小部位的肌群
但是肩推的時候我會疑惑
是應該要放鬆肩胛推舉到最頂
(當然一定會有三頭肌介入)
還是肩胛不動 發力感覺集中在前中束呢
我自己是兩種都有感受度
想請教一下各位八塊肌和南瓜肩大大們
