如題
練背要追求感受度還是盡可能的去拉大重量?
剛開始練的時候,我是cable 水平拉,大約可以49 ~ 59KG做組,
不過練到後面感覺整個上背參愈很多,下背的感受沒有很好。
也試過用機械式的 mid row 去做水平拉,闊背感覺有好一些,但還是差了一些,
好處是可以拉大重量 ;
目前回到拉水平cable,把重量降低到32~39KG
慢拉、慢放,離心時,肩胛刻意展開增加向心時肌肉收縮的行程,
用這種方法,泵感很強烈,而且快力竭時會有一種闊背卡住,行程卡住不動的感覺,
也就是手拉不近肚子,跟練胸背力竭的感覺不同,不是沒力,而是很卡的感覺......
不知道有人知道我在說什麼嗎?
想問一下,我是做大重量比較好,還是繼續追感受度的泵感?
換句話說,練背時,我是該拉大重量追求漸進式負荷?
還是追求感受度及泵感?
背感覺進步的速度比肩、胸慢很多,如果用負重來比較的話?
