練胸痠的部位 - 健身

我目前是用臥舉還有飛鳥跟蝴蝶機練胸肌
都是在同一天練的
練完之後痠的部位都是在乳頭旁邊到腋下的那條肌肉
可是乳頭上面 還有內側好像都不太會痠
是不是練法有錯 有需要調整的地方
請教一下 謝謝
