練胸練到背闊痠痛? - 健身

我知道臥推會用到背闊肌,但是做到會延遲性痠痛倒是第一次,
也導致我後面的行程大亂(不能練背),
只好請各位巨具們幫我隔空抓藥一下,可能是哪個環節導致的?
昨天課表順序...
1. 啞鈴臥推
2. 輔助雙槓撐體(就是跪在會上下移動的平台上,可以減輕體重那種)
3. 機械飛鳥
4. 槓鈴上胸臥推
5. 機械肩推 (三角前束)
6. 滑輪下拉 橫桿正握 (三頭)
7. 滑輪下拉 橫桿反握 (三頭)
PS. 第7項是我第一次嘗試
PS. 我知道滑輪下拉,練背和練三頭的方式是不同的
