之前看過不少戴腰帶重訓的人
但一般都是練深蹲 練硬舉
很少看到練胸有使用腰帶的
小弟才疏學淺
正常臥推練胸的動作
對於下背的負擔應該蠻小的阿
用到腰帶感覺好像有點多了
雖然說安全至上啦
還是說只是剛練完腿懶得拿下來之類
好奇練胸腰帶使用的必要性
