練腿如何降低痠痛天數 - 健身

各位巨巨安安
小弟是個很討厭練腿的人
每次去世界健身房都是練背練胸
久久才練一次腿
後來聽人家說練腿好處很多
所以決定認真來練
但尷尬的點來了
每次練完後 腿都要痛個四天左右
這四天想去跑個步打個球什麼的都有困難
頭兩天可能連走路都很痛苦
練的內容是深蹲4組 4-6下 硬舉4組 6-8下 機械8組 大概這樣
目前有嘗試多補充蛋白質和練完後伸展放鬆肌肉
請問各位巨巨都如何降低練腿的痠痛天數
