我想版上應該很多可以深蹲100KG以上的巨巨吧
想請問一下:
如果某A的1rm是100KG
那各位大大們的熱身會從哪個重量開始?
小弟我不敢測1rm,因為我能做的重量很輕,
所以我每次大約加的重量是10KG
因為我觀察練腿的巨巨,常常一來就掛40KG就開始了
但最後好像約70KG就沒再加上去
(( 我知道有很猛的 , 大約舉我看到的現象 謝謝 ))
簡單問就是
版上動輒深蹲100KG以上的巨巨
為啥敢熱身就約50KG起跳( 答案是不是因為 就是那麼猛? 不需要解釋?! )
我知道腿相較於其他部位是比較有力的
但怎麼能有把握當下的身體狀況是可以承受那樣的強度呢?
也許是我眼界太小了,腿這樣練是OK的~
