練背結果二頭沒力 - 健身

各位巨巨好~
想請問一個問題
我每次在練背都會做滑輪下拉(20kg,10下)、
引體向上輔助機(40kg,10下,我60kg)、坐姿滑輪後拉(18kg,15下)這三個動作
但是背肌總是練到的感覺有限,甚至是二頭先沒力以致於做不動
之前端午節去划龍舟,背肌就很有感覺(雖然也包含後背拉傷的痛...)
但在上面那幾個動作怎麼練就是沒辦法達到划完龍舟後的效果
請問我改如何改善呢?一直在摸索但總是找不到方向
