小弟目前有膝蓋(髕骨)外翻的情況
醫生表示我可能之前騎車運動量太大
導致大腿外側肌肉強度大於內側
造成髕骨往外拉而外翻
醫生建議用貼紮保護固定
還有練大腿內側
貼紮已經貼了
效果還可以,騎車的時候不重踩都行
至於大腿內側的訓練
查了不少資料
有說要練VMO股內斜肌的
但是大部份練VMO的方法
不知道為什麼練完我的膝蓋裡面就會不舒服
所以只好去健身房找大腿內收機來練
我比較想知道用這個機器強化大腿內側肌肉
是要快推快放、慢推慢放還是快推慢放
大概要做多重做幾下算一組
要練多少組才夠
我身材175/65偏瘦
目前大概做20~30kg不等
一天大概350下左右
有試過最重只能做50kg出頭
請各位先進開示一下給點意見
