各位巨巨好,
小妹從四月開始積極健身,最大的目標是練到可以成為台灣Kim kardashian ,本來以為屁
股有肉就很容易練,殊不知想要練出一個翹臀實在太困難!
前兩個禮拜開始我開始做hip thrust,但我發現我的臀型並沒有變好看,是發生什麼事,
還是我用錯力?但我每次做完hip thrust 屁股都超痠根本爆炸
我目前的菜單是一週運動五到六天,一天重訓一天有氧
重訓日:
熱身,橢圓機10分鐘
硬舉,22kg 12下
Lunge, 16kg 24下
Hip thrust, 20kg 12下
伏地挺身(跪的)15下
Bench dipping 12下
Plank 30秒
Side plank 30秒
深蹲20kg或是史密斯機深蹲35kg
以上都做三組
跑步機20分鐘,一分鐘快一分鐘慢
有氧日
深蹲,20下3組
橢圓機40分鐘
小妹不追求紙片人身材,只求擁有翹臀,也不怕大腿練很粗,因為想要翹臀是不可能擁有
鳥仔腳而且基因已經賜我一雙粗腿,只好把屁股練更翹以彌補粗腿的事實。
各位巨巨我該如何加強我的菜單?可以像外國妞一樣擁有完美的翹臀
