平常去健身房會來個二、三十分鐘的登階機
然後再加個二、三十分鐘的滑步機
上次發現了練臀機,想加入我的訓練菜單(都是接連著做)
只是不曉得再加入練臀機,會不會對我的臀腿太操了?
結果只會是事倍功半而已呢?
