練這樣胸菜單可以嗎 - 健身

健身大概快一年了,對如何發力,肌肉感受度有點心得了,最近改了一下自己胸的菜單。
想請各位版有幫我看一下。
胸:
四個部份都4組 8~12下(力竭為主)
史密斯臥推:80 磅
啞鈴臥推:60 磅
機械式胸推:90 磅
cable chest cross over:80 磅
目前在想要不要加飛鳥,或是大重量訓練,怕自己還不會用到,不知道各位版有覺得如何
,麻煩大家了。
