練體力 - 健身

其實主要目的還是想藉著規律的運動來提昇在讀書時的質量。
並不是想靠超人體力或在這時間練肌肥大,重心還是擺在讀書,
計畫是規律的生活作息中安排游泳+輕量的重訓,
目的是維持身體正常機能和調適身心壓力,以便轉移注意力時集中穩定!!!
主要是想表達平常就喜歡運動,不想因為要當考生就不運動,
同學也說考試就都宅在家或圖書館就好,可是我想運動阿,我想每天去游泳XDD
所以有沒有可以兼顧的方法@@?
或者建議一下每天運動時間多久?做哪些項目?
