從妳去年的文章到現在
妳有聽進去思考過人家給妳的建議嗎?我想是沒有
應該要請版主那行 "精華區是否閱讀過" 要上個色
1.澱粉吃了不會爆炸,它絕對也不會是害妳變不結實的原因
吃太多減脂會慢那就要問妳是不是吃不均衡或是亂吃
(每次看到澱粉被牽脫就覺得賭攔:自己不運動變胖關澱粉屁事)
2.體脂變低主要是因為有氧消脂,跟肌肉變大沒有正相關
隔天肌肉變重是甚麼??那是酸痛沒解決吧
當然重訓到一定程度也有消脂的好效果,但那都是天天一小時以上的正規訓練才有可能
3.不要再說甚麼 "我怕變壯" 這種東西
從妳的照片並沒有看到一絲絲絲絲絲絲絲絲絲肌肉的蹤影
不要想太多了!
最後,花一點時間去改正自己的身體概念吧
吃也一點點、運動也一點點,生出結實肌肉這輩子永遠都不可能的
