總膽固醇與尿酸過高的問題 - 健身

昨天拿到醫檢所的檢驗報告,下面幾項數字稍微異常
總膽固醇: 210(超標) 正常範圍: 100-200
(高密度膽固醇HDL: 93 正常範圍: >40)
(低密度膽固醇LDL: 110 正常範圍: 0-130)
三酸甘油脂: 37(略低) 正常範圍: 35-150
尿酸: 7.3(超標) 正常範圍: 3-7
其他的數字都是正常範圍
先補一下個人飲食跟運動型態:
年齡35 身高172 體重:66 體脂大約13 腰圍約28
飲食吃的都很固定
低碳不吃麩質,所以碳水來源幾乎是蒸的馬鈴薯或地瓜
蛋白質一天大約120克(雞肉+3顆蛋+兩份乳清)
飲水量至少3000以上,也都有吃大量蔬果跟補充魚油
與維他命。酒精甜食油炸高加工都不吃
運動一周大概重訓5-6天,有氧做比較少只有重訓前
慢跑個1k當熱身...每周了不起就6k
拿到報告當下有跟檢驗師討論,今天也去看了家醫科醫師
不過都沒有得到很具體明確的說明,醫師只有建議
我雞蛋每天三顆改成吃兩顆之後再觀察看看,然後
檢驗師跟醫師都有提到可能是血液循環或是代謝不好
我不知道高膽固醇這個跟我沒甚麼在做有氧有沒有關
問醫師感覺他好像也不是很懂
有爬體適能的膽固醇舊文討論好像也跟運動無關
尿酸過高更奇怪,高普林的酒內臟海鮮我都沒吃
頂多偶爾吃清蒸鱸魚鯛魚那種白肉魚
這個醫師也沒給明確答覆只說代謝比較慢叫我多喝水
很怕將來變成痛風,不知道有沒有板友血檢也是跟我類似
已經打算再去掛腎臟科醫師問看看第二意見
