羅馬椅是練下背還是臀? - 健身

各位巨巨好
看很多舉重選手都有把羅馬椅排課表中,有點想知道他們的目的是練哪邊的力量呢 ?
自己試是如果直接抬起來的話就是下背會有緊繃感,如果是收緊腿後,像在臀推幹軟墊的話
就會練到屁股跟腿後。
所以不確定哪種方法才是不是對的,還是只是取決於想強化的肌肉?
