大家好,我目前進健身房運動約一年了,大致上都是看YT和請教朋友來學健身,最近有一
些地方還想改善並進步的,想麻煩各位大大幫忙。
1.我想讓腰看起來更粗,目前因為腰內肉所以有向外突出,呈現D型,但這樣看起來很胖,
一點也不壯,除了要減肥瘦腰內肉外,能不能透過健身讓腰看起來更粗?

2.想要讓上腹更加突出,我要的不是低體脂讓線條跑出來,而是想要上腹更有肉感,讓
下胸的線條能夠顯得更加明顯。除了捲腹和俄羅斯轉體,還有推薦的訓練方式嗎?
