美國一位男子布萊恩約翰遜(Brian Johnson)為了脫離現代文明的束縛,長年在荒郊野
外穴居,他因篤信天然飲食,餐餐生吃大量的生肉和蔬果,更因堅持每日要吃下1磅(約
453公克)的牛肝,獲得了「肝王」(Liver King)的封號,他也在日前受訪時,透露之
所以刻意隱居山林,源自於愛子多年前久病發生意外,才讓他立下決心,決定回歸最天然
的生活方式。
據外媒報導,布萊恩已在野外生活了20年,他的目標是遵循幾世紀前的生活模式,不被過
度發展的文明束縛,遠離科技和舒適的現代生活,選擇透過自然飲食和自給自足,以及不
斷的鍛鍊,回歸到人類最原始的本質,他也自行發明了9大教條,包括充足的運動及睡眠
,以及堅持不進行任何高溫烹調,每天生吃各種肉類和蔬果。

布萊恩未透露自己的年齡,但據悉他是一位外籍人士,目前已經40多歲,他在數十年前遠
赴美國後,成為一位成功的企業家,實現了自己的「美國夢」,但他的獨子從小體弱多病
,全家常因此在醫院奔波,令他感到心力交瘁,當時他便意識到,「我們的小孩與現代世
界互動越多,感冒、過敏等病情似乎就越嚴重。」
他也在受訪時表示:「許多戶外活動都會讓我的孩子導致蕁麻疹,就算只是在家中和狗狗
玩耍,也會引發呼吸急促、眼睛浮腫和流鼻涕等症狀。」為此布萊恩和妻子下定決心,擺
脫許多外界視為常規的生活方式,包括不再食用加工食品,及開始生吃肉類和蔬果,他表
示僅過了2週後,兒子的身體狀況便大幅改善,從此他便篤信生飲療法,至今已持續超過
20年,而除了生肉及肝臟,他也笑稱自己最愛生吃的部位,其實是牛的睪丸。

但許多人並不苟同他的理念,根據英國國民健保署(NHS)指出,生肉內蘊藏了大量的沙
門氏菌、李斯特菌和大腸桿菌,如果未經高溫煮沸就食用,恐會導致食物中毒和感染寄生
蟲,甚至有生命危險的風險,建議還是依循正當烹煮方式,才不會對身體造成負擔。
我不是要問文中的生活方式,我只是好奇他那一身的肌肉,有辦法不打針不吃藥不進
健身房就可以練得出來嗎?
