遙想當年我大二時的狀態還是一個身高174體重78體脂不明(當初沒那種知識)
的肥宅宅。在大二那年因為賀爾蒙作祟忽然立志減肥擺脫肥宅的身分,因此開始
減肥計畫。內容是這樣的,慢跑每周三天(下午五點左右)每次30分鐘,跑完就不吃
晚餐只喝水(是的,這是錯誤的觀念 = =b),然後每天做一百下仰臥起坐(分四組做完)
就這樣日復一日大約過了半年,體重來到了67公斤(這輩子沒這麼瘦過)有天照鏡子
時忽然發現我有腹肌(線條不是很明顯)。從此我感覺到人生進階了,腦海中建立了
我未來的藍圖並且開始吸收健身的知識。
