最近晚餐想要用水煮肉類加青菜取代
在costco看了很多肉類
鮭魚尾段、虱目魚肚、雞胸肉、豬頰肉 這幾樣是我有興趣的
不曉得選哪個比較健康 比較適合減肥 例如:雞胸肉>鮭魚>豬頰肉
有人有好意見嗎?
